“Our AC went out at 10PM on a Saturday. I call the 24 hour number and selected needs was forwarded to Cody's number left a message, he returned the call a few minutes later. Told him what was happening, I declined his offer to come out immediately it can wait until the morning, which was still Sunday. He said he would be here between 7:30-8:00 7:29 he arrived. Very professional and courteous. Diagnosed the problem and shorted out control unit and had a replacement in the truck.
