Since 2000, Goode Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. has grown from two brothers working out of their pickup trucks into a trusted local HVAC company serving homes and light commercial properties throughout East Texas.

Our story begins with Brett and Shane Goode, who were working for another local HVAC contractor when they decided this was work they could take on themselves and do their own way. In 2000, they founded Goode Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. with a simple goal: provide reliable heating and cooling service for their neighbors, backed by honest pricing and real care for long-term comfort.

In 2009, Larry joined the team as a part owner, bringing additional leadership as the business continued to grow. What started with two brothers and a truck evolved into a small shop, and today we operate with more than 12 trucks on the road and over 23 employees.

We are proud that a company that began as a two-man vision now supports over 20 families in our community. For us, that matters. We serve our customers, and we also take seriously the responsibility of building stable, long-term careers for the people on our team.
