“Our old unit was on its last leg, so we decided it was time to replace it before the really hot weather arrived. We called Goode Brothers, and everyone we dealt with was outstanding. Jaycob, Mason, and Tony did the installation. We couldn't be happier. Lance, Dakota, and Paige were also helpful in answering all the questions we had. I would recommend them to anyone with heating & air needs.”

“Chris and Jaycob arrived promptly to begin the work of removing my old HVAC system and installing the new heat pump / AC system that I was purchasing. They worked steadily all day before and after their lunch break and were careful with things inside my house, putting down drop cloths and cleaning up well by vacuuming, etc.
Perry did duct cleaning at the beginning of the day and was also careful to keep things clean, etc. He took before and after pictures of some of the ducts so that I could see a little about what was done.
After Perry finished the duct cleaning, he assisted Chris and Jaycob with the installation most of the rest of the day.
Chris made sure to show me the features of the new high-tech thermostat that controls the system.
All three men were pleasant, professional, and worked steadily to install all elements of my new system. So far I have been very pleased with my experiences with Goode Brothers AC and recommend them highly.”
“Lance came to evaluate what specifications were needed for my HVAC system and what my options could be for replacements. He clearly explained what sizes and features would be needed for my size house, as well as what some enhanced options could be and the availability of energy efficiency rebates from my electricity provider that could help with costs. I received copies of features and prices for all my options. He helped me understand all these elements so that I could make the best decision for now and for future longevity of my HVAC home system. He was pleasant and made the technical info. easier to understand—without high pressure sales tactics. I appreciated that approach.”
“Cody and another young man came to recharge the Freon in my compressor so that I could have cooling on the days before my new system could be installed. Even though the weather turned out to be somewhat cool, I appreciated having the option for cool comfort before I got my new HVAC. Cody cheerfully took care of that.”
“Destin came for routine seasonal maintenance, but while he was here checking out the levels and equipment, he discovered a leak in the compressor coil which had led to a very low Freon level. This was the start to a whole system overhaul. His initial diagnostic work, though, pinpointed the problem.
This was my second experience with a technician from Goode Brothers discovering a larger problem that needed to be addressed. In December ‘23, Anthony Avila was here to repair a problem with the heater and diagnosed a major electrical problem that needed to be addressed quickly.
So far the diagnostic work done by this company on my HVAC system has been very crucial. Despite the cost of the repairs, very important repairs were made to avoid even greater future problems.”

“From initial visit by Lance Hall, to installation by Michael Borsch and Clayton Kirkland, and follow up from Jarron Hadaway, all contact I experienced with the installation of my new unit has been outstanding. I might point out that after the initial installation on that day, a hiccup developed with the unit and I contacted Goode at 5 minutes to 5:00pm. They had a technician here within 20 minutes and he found the issue immediately. This morning, I received a phone call from Goode checking to make sure all was well with the new unit. Great customer service all the way around.”

“Joseph arrive within a timely manner. Very polite, courteous and most of all professional throughout his full diagnosis of my HVAC issue.
As he proceeded with the diagnosis, he explained to me a lot of things about the unit outside. He performed an excellent diagnosis in which he showed me that one part was leaking and then it needed replacing. I do not need to go into detail what he found, but it was an important part that needed replacing and he showed me the cost and approximately time when it may be replaced.
Once again, I highly recommend GOODE brother for all your HVAC needs. I hope whoever is reading this, you will consider GOODE BROS. as your go to HVAC COMPANY”
“I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Goode Bros.! Our 23 year old outside unit stopped working and the technician discovered it could not be saved. Lance came out the next morning and explained all my options and answered all my questions. We decided to replace both the outside and inside units with an energy efficient unit. I had just had surgery and needed the AC to work as soon as possible. Lance made sure to locate the unit I needed and my installation was set for 8 am the next day. Mason and Tony were here on time and worked diligently all day to have us up and running. They were so professional and friendly and did an amazing job. Mason even helped me set up the app for the thermostat and taught us how to use everything. Anthony came by the next week to make sure everything was working right and to see if I had questions. Briana and Paige in the office kept in touch through the process, and Lance even checked back in to see if we were pleased with the work. I could not have asked for a better experience. If you need service or a new AC, do not hesitate to call Goode Bros! They are honest, hard working and will take the best care of you and your needs. Thanks to all of you for all you did for us!”

“Clayton tagged team with Chris in the cleaning of the air ducts in my home. After the ductwork was cleaned, Clayton made sure the boot of each duct was secured to the new vents. He used silicone to seal any attic air from leaking into my home. His work was thorough, professional and spot on. My home is back to its "new" condition.”
“Chris performed a cleaning of my very dirty ductwork. He was vigilant moving the large equipment around my home. He tackled the dust neatly and diligently. He even partially disappeared into the return air duct to ensure thorough cleaning. When finished with the job, he cleaned any fallout from the process. “My AC system was acting up and wasn't blowing cold air. Anthony showed up an in less than 10 minutes discovered the problem. Luckily it wasn't anything serious or expensive to fix and in just a few minutes my AC was fixed. He also checked a couple of other maintenance things on my overall system to make sure nothing was hiding that might give me problems in the future. Big thanks to Anthony and Goode Bros for getting my AC up and going in record time.”

When we called the next morning the lady we talked to was very friendly and were told someone would be out to check our unit that day and gave us a time frame. She also called to give updates of when someone would be here. I'm sorry but I think it was Cody that showed up (it was a hot and stressful day) but he was great. Very friendly and explained everything that was going on with our unit. He was very professional and did a great job. Fixed our a/c and everything is working great. “Jaycob (I hope that was his name… my oops if it's not) … came out July 8th, 2004. and cleaned our air ducts while our new A/C and Heating unit was being installed. He was very thorough and took the time to take before and after pics for me of each duct. What a mess up in there!! He even gave us pretty brand new vent covers!
I have noticed a huge difference in the dust build- up in the house and the air quality feels better too since he cleaned them up. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. Great Job! Thank you so much!”

“Joseph that y'all sent out was very nice, very helpful and patient. He took the time to explain everything and was even helpful answering questions. Thankfully he did a second diagnosis to realize that the part that the other guy ordered was not even bad and didn't need replacing. Jacci was extremely helpful in keeping me updated over the weekend about the part coming in even though it ended up being something else. Thankfully we are on the right track now and much cooler.”

“Nathan was GREAT. I was ready to have the whole system ripped out. We felt it was not as promised. As soon as I started describing why we were upset.Nathan smiled it said he could fix it. He guaranteed I would change my mind about the heat pump after he was finished. Did not believe him but he was right. After 10 minutes.of working in the attic he asked me to give it a second chance before I gave up. Whatever he did WORKED . My bill is back down, the noise is gone, and we don’t expect an airplane to land in middle of our bedroom anymore. Goode Bros is lucky to have Nathan to not just fix the a/c but to convince customers it is worth giving it a try.”
