“Lance came to evaluate what specifications were needed for my HVAC system and what my options could be for replacements. He clearly explained what sizes and features would be needed for my size house, as well as what some enhanced options could be and the availability of energy efficiency rebates from my electricity provider that could help with costs. I received copies of features and prices for all my options. He helped me understand all these elements so that I could make the best decision for now and for future longevity of my HVAC home system. He was pleasant and made the technical info. easier to understand—without high pressure sales tactics. I appreciated that approach.”

“Cody and another young man came to recharge the Freon in my compressor so that I could have cooling on the days before my new system could be installed. Even though the weather turned out to be somewhat cool, I appreciated having the option for cool comfort before I got my new HVAC. Cody cheerfully took care of that.”

“Destin came for routine seasonal maintenance, but while he was here checking out the levels and equipment, he discovered a leak in the compressor coil which had led to a very low Freon level. This was the start to a whole system overhaul. His initial diagnostic work, though, pinpointed the problem.

This was my second experience with a technician from Goode Brothers discovering a larger problem that needed to be addressed. In December ‘23, Anthony Avila was here to repair a problem with the heater and diagnosed a major electrical problem that needed to be addressed quickly.

So far the diagnostic work done by this company on my HVAC system has been very crucial. Despite the cost of the repairs, very important repairs were made to avoid even greater future problems.”

“From initial visit by Lance Hall, to installation by Michael Borsch and Clayton Kirkland, and follow up from Jarron Hadaway, all contact I experienced with the installation of my new unit has been outstanding. I might point out that after the initial installation on that day, a hiccup developed with the unit and I contacted Goode at 5 minutes to 5:00pm. They had a technician here within 20 minutes and he found the issue immediately. This morning, I received a phone call from Goode checking to make sure all was well with the new unit. Great customer service all the way around.”

“Joseph arrive within a timely manner. Very polite, courteous and most of all professional throughout his full diagnosis of my HVAC issue.
As he proceeded with the diagnosis, he explained to me a lot of things about the unit outside. He performed an excellent diagnosis in which he showed me that one part was leaking and then it needed replacing. I do not need to go into detail what he found, but it was an important part that needed replacing and he showed me the cost and approximately time when it may be replaced.

“I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Goode Bros.! Our 23 year old outside unit stopped working and the technician discovered it could not be saved. Lance came out the next morning and explained all my options and answered all my questions. We decided to replace both the outside and inside units with an energy efficient unit. I had just had surgery and needed the AC to work as soon as possible. Lance made sure to locate the unit I needed and my installation was set for 8 am the next day. Mason and Tony were here on time and worked diligently all day to have us up and running. They were so professional and friendly and did an amazing job. Mason even helped me set up the app for the thermostat and taught us how to use everything. Anthony came by the next week to make sure everything was working right and to see if I had questions. Briana and Paige in the office kept in touch through the process, and Lance even checked back in to see if we were pleased with the work. I could not have asked for a better experience.
