“Our heat pump was presenting us with a pretty challenging short-cycling puzzle. Daniel and Jarron came out and tackled the challenge with professionalism and a sense of humor (the puzzle won a few battles before revealing its secret). I appreciate that they also took the time to answer all of my questions about the inner workings of our system, gauge pressures and temps, reversing valves, ohms values, the industry, etc. with clarity and patience. I do ask a lot of questions, but at the very least, I now know what sounds to alert to and which ones I can safely ignore! Jarron even took the time to clean out the interior of our outdoor coil before leaving. I'm very happy to recommend these gentlemen!”
“From initial visit by Lance Hall, to installation by Michael Borsch and Clayton Kirkland, and follow up from Jarron Hadaway, all contact I experienced with the installation of my new unit has been outstanding. I might point out that after the initial installation on that day, a hiccup developed with the unit and I contacted Goode at 5 minutes to 5:00pm. They had a technician here within 20 minutes and he found the issue immediately. This morning, I received a phone call from Goode checking to make sure all was well with the new unit. Great customer service all the way around.”
