This was my second experience with a technician from Goode Brothers discovering a larger problem that needed to be addressed. In December ‘23, Anthony Avila was here to repair a problem with the heater and diagnosed a major electrical problem that needed to be addressed quickly.
So far the diagnostic work done by this company on my HVAC system has been very crucial. Despite the cost of the repairs, very important repairs were made to avoid even greater future problems.”

“From initial visit by Lance Hall, to installation by Michael Borsch and Clayton Kirkland, and follow up from Jarron Hadaway, all contact I experienced with the installation of my new unit has been outstanding. I might point out that after the initial installation on that day, a hiccup developed with the unit and I contacted Goode at 5 minutes to 5:00pm. They had a technician here within 20 minutes and he found the issue immediately. This morning, I received a phone call from Goode checking to make sure all was well with the new unit. Great customer service all the way around.”

“Joseph arrive within a timely manner. Very polite, courteous and most of all professional throughout his full diagnosis of my HVAC issue.
As he proceeded with the diagnosis, he explained to me a lot of things about the unit outside. He performed an excellent diagnosis in which he showed me that one part was leaking and then it needed replacing. I do not need to go into detail what he found, but it was an important part that needed replacing and he showed me the cost and approximately time when it may be replaced.
Once again, I highly recommend GOODE brother for all your HVAC needs. I hope whoever is reading this, you will consider GOODE BROS. as your go to HVAC COMPANY”
“I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Goode Bros.! Our 23 year old outside unit stopped working and the technician discovered it could not be saved. Lance came out the next morning and explained all my options and answered all my questions. We decided to replace both the outside and inside units with an energy efficient unit. I had just had surgery and needed the AC to work as soon as possible. Lance made sure to locate the unit I needed and my installation was set for 8 am the next day. Mason and Tony were here on time and worked diligently all day to have us up and running. They were so professional and friendly and did an amazing job. Mason even helped me set up the app for the thermostat and taught us how to use everything. Anthony came by the next week to make sure everything was working right and to see if I had questions. Briana and Paige in the office kept in touch through the process, and Lance even checked back in to see if we were pleased with the work. I could not have asked for a better experience. If you need service or a new AC, do not hesitate to call Goode Bros! They are honest, hard working and will take the best care of you and your needs. Thanks to all of you for all you did for us!”

“Our compressor stopped working, don't know how long because we had been using heat, until we needed it this week. So of course we called Goode Bros to come check it out. Joseph did a thorough check and found that the breaker was turned off!! We felt a little silly for not checking that first…Joseph was so nice. Gave us a lot of good ideas and we bought a service agreement gladly. Now twice a year they will service our unit. This gives us peace of mind. Again, thank you so much Joseph.”
