Daniel Is Amazing and Very Knowledgeable
Our air quit working Friday around 5:30 p.m., and I called Goode Brothers and asked if they had emergency service techs. They said they could put me on the list for Saturday between 8–5. I called them back and told them I was going to try to find someone who could come, as it was extremely hot. Needless to say, that did not work out. Saturday morning, Daniel called to say he was on his way. He found a blown fuse and an issue with the contactor, plus he did our cleaning that was originally set for June. Daniel is amazing and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

Goode Brothers Has Definitely Gone Out of Their Way
Goode Brothers has definitely gone out of their way as our AC system has gone completely out. They brought us a temporary AC unit (that we are currently using) until our new one comes in for install. That is an amazing thing to do for us as a customer as they know how horrible it would be in our home with the 100+ degree temperature. We really appreciate it! Shout out to Chad for coming to check it when the unit needed a little more Freon (after hours, mind you) and keep us comfortable. We are looking forward to the new unit being installed in the next 2 days. Thanks again, guys, for the service so far! 👍🏻
