Mason was great today. Efficient, ready to work, and covered all parts of the inspection. Even wore shoe covers, which is customer great. Everything explained with pics to explain problems. Offered additional services but did not pressure. Friendly and easy to communicate with. Recommend him highly. Always pleased with Goode Brothers. After found problem on the first visit we were able to quickly get on the schedule to have our ducts cleaned out for allergens. Chris was sent out for a four hour job but finished in less but did everything, including putting a light bulb in the attic for 2 old people. Going beyond just the job is Goode Bros. Employees policy. Chris worked quickly and neatly. He worked around furniture and cleaned up as he went. We appreciated his thoroughness. We rate him 5 STARS also.

We’ve used Goode Brothers for years. We recently had them clean our air ducts and install an Air Scrubber on our heat pump. I would dust and mop, and the next day everything was dusty again. So we made the decision to get our ducts cleaned. Chris was so nice and even provided before and after photos of the duct interiors. I was amazed (and embarrassed) at the amount of dirt and pet hair in our ducts! I am so glad we made the decision to have them cleaned. The house even smells better. Chris was very careful to protect our wood floors throughout the process, and thoroughly cleaned everything before leaving. Great customer service and quality work. Highly recommend Goode Brothers!

Jarron got the problem solved of no heating getting into the house. Confirmed unit was operating properly. Then checked ductwork underneath house. Found open ductwork, preventing heat from getting into the house vent system. Repaired ductwork; unit seemed to be working properly when he left on 1/30/2023 @ 4:25 PM. Will check again tomorrow (2/32/2023) to verify house is at thermostat setpoint.

Got a complete new system installed in our new home; very professional install. The system was installed before electricity was turned on. After we ran the system a couple of days, we realized we had a small issue. Called, told the young lady the issue, and she sent a repairman out within a couple of hours. He went over the system and figured out the fan speed was set too low for the size unit, adjusted that, and everything is working properly. 100% recommend this company for any HVAC needs!
