You know what the bill will be before the tech leaves your house. Costs are reasonable, and if you need a major replacement, the wonderful ladies in the office will do their best to arrange an acceptable payment plan for you. Jackie in the finance department is the best. Working with her can actually make you happy to pay your bill.
