Highly impressed with Goode Brothers professionalism from the first call until the final installation! Jacci intercepted my phone call with enthusiasm and concern for my HVAC needs! She offered a window unit until the new system could be installed! Thanks to the guy who installed the temporary window unit! Lance, the salesman, is someone I knew straight away could be trusted!! His complete proposal was detailed and self-explanatory! Cody, service and QA/QC tech, tested the existing unit and gave a descriptive explanation of the multiple malfunctions!! The decision was made easy to purchase a new unit and all new duct work! The duct work installers arrived promptly and did a magnificent job!! Mason and his co-worker worked tirelessly until the 4-ton unit was completely installed and running!!! I give Goode Brothers staff and TEAM members 5+ stars!!! Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Goode Brothers on our recent HVAC purchase and installation. Lance took us through the equipment selection process and answered all our questions on features and rebates. Mason, Tony, and Perry did a very professional installation. They stayed late to finish the job on a cold day and made sure that we were familiar with the thermostat before they left. We got a follow-up call the next day to check on things. Lance is handling the rebates, which other companies wanted me to do myself. Everyone has been very courteous and helpful. We are enjoying the new unit. It’s quiet and comfortable.

Got a complete new system installed in our new home; very professional install. The system was installed before electricity was turned on. After we ran the system a couple of days, we realized we had a small issue. Called, told the young lady the issue, and she sent a repairman out within a couple of hours. He went over the system and figured out the fan speed was set too low for the size unit, adjusted that, and everything is working properly. 100% recommend this company for any HVAC needs!
