Got a complete new system installed in our new home; very professional install. The system was installed before electricity was turned on. After we ran the system a couple of days, we realized we had a small issue. Called, told the young lady the issue, and she sent a repairman out within a couple of hours. He went over the system and figured out the fan speed was set too low for the size unit, adjusted that, and everything is working properly. 100% recommend this company for any HVAC needs!

Chris, the installation technician, was on time at 8 a.m. and worked diligently for 5 hours. Chris was very professional and outstanding! Goode Bros management was very transparent and answered all questions prior to making decisions on parts. The initial tech, Daniel, was great; he cleaned up all the wires, boxes, trash, and filters left in the attic by the previous air conditioner company. Chris left the house feeling chilly and cold.

Polite, professional, and respectful of our home. They left a clean work site, arrived on time, finished when they said they would, and showed us how to properly work the new unit. Before the work crew even arrived, the sales team had me at a disadvantage of having no clue what we needed and could have upsold me on a more expensive unit. I was told that anything bigger than what I got would be a waste of money for our use. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing AC work done.
The install team for us was Mason and Tony. The duct cleaner was Chris. The sales rep was Lance.

Goode Brothers was the second contractor I contacted to bid on replacing my HVAC unit. Lance Hall with Goode Brothers arrived on time, and I provided him with the 14 SEER, 3-ton, Lennox heat pump and air handler equipment model numbers that were quoted on my first bid. He agreed this would be the equipment he recommended also. The Goode Bros. quote was several hundred dollars lower than the other contractor. I had used the other contractor since the old equipment was installed 25 years ago. What convinced me to go with Goode Bros. was Lance offered to install a used outside unit the same day to get our home cool until our new unit would be installed 3 days later. Two technicians arrived that same day and installed the unit as promised. Lance also gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him 24/7 if I ever had any problems. Excellent customer service. Thanks.
